The goal of The First Annual International Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Conference in Gaza Strip is to provide a clear understanding of local challenges of breast cancer care practices in the Gaza strip with a deep dive into the barriers and opportunities, and how we can make significant improvements in early diagnosis, treatment, and survival of breast cancer patients while valuing patients’ autonomy, their caregivers, and their quality of life.
The conference aims to increase breast cancer awareness among healthcare providers, advocates, and policymakers in Gaza. To maximize the impact of the learning experience of the attendees, a holistic approach to professional development is offered through pre-conference interactive workshops focusing on leadership development, women in healthcare empowerment, research skills enhancement, mentorship, and coaching in medical education.

It's a pleasure to invite you to the First Annual International Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Conference in Gaza Strip, which is promising to be a great educational event.
This is a hybrid interactive and interdisciplinary conference on breast cancer screening, diagnostics, and therapeutic essentials as well as addressing advocacy and policy making through the lens of evidence-based research and global best
practices.
The conference will serve as a platform for the exchange and dissemination of medical skills and expertise of eminent international, regional as well as local health care professionals through hands-on workshops and panels.
Moreover, the conference sessions will act as a key enabler for developing new knowledge to address unmet needs of women’s health practitioners and building upon their existing capacities to deliver optimal quality of services.
We are particularly excited about the pre-conference workshops on leadership, research, mentorship, coaching, and women’s influence targeting the Medical and Dental students in Gaza Strip.
The diverse educational events over the span of 5 days will be our global showcase to the region to optimize local medical practices for breast cancer, expand networking, and inspire the budding healthcare leaders.
